Here's when you can expect to hear back from us, based on when you inquired:
∙ MONDAY - FRIDAY BETWEEN 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM | You can expect a response within 24 hours.

Q: How far in advance do you book?
A: Caitlin books 90% of her calendar year of portrait sessions in January and February; the remaining availability is offered to clients who inquire later in the year.
Q: What types of sessions do you shoot?
A: Currently, Caitlin accepts couples' sessions {engagement & anniversary}, maternity sessions, newborn sessions, and family sessions. She also accepts a limited number of senior sessions upon special request.
Q: Do you travel?
A: On occasion, Caitlin will travel to a photoshoot, but the vast majority of her sessions are shot in Central Illinois; particularly in Bloomington-Normal, Peoria, and Champaign. Please inquire for travel availability!
Q: How long does it take to get my images back?
Our team works very hard to ensure you see some images as fast as possible. You'll receive a sneak peek within 72 hours of your session ending! Please feel free to share it with family & friends immediately. We guarantee the rest of your images will be finished within 4 weeks of your session!
Q: Will both of you be shooting our session?
A: At this time, Caitlin is our primary portrait photographer and will be present for your session!
Q: What if we're awkward in front of the camera?
A: Every client worries about this- but don't worry! It's Caitlin's job to make sure you feel confident and comfortable, and you literally can't mess this up- we promise.

Q: How many sessions do you shoot per year?
A: We believe every client deserves an unforgettable, highly personal experience with the perfect photographer for them. For this reason, Caitlin only accepts a very limited number of shoots annually.
Q: How do we pay our retainer & final payment?
A: We use a program called Honeybook to manage your contract & invoice, as well as other important documents! You can pay via a credit card, bank transfer, or check.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! After you pay your retainer, the remainder of your payment can be paid anytime before it’s final due date of 2 weeks before your session day. We’re happy to set up a custom payment plan for you!
Q: Do we have rights to our photos?
A: You are encouraged to print & share your photos! Simply credit us when you share, and don't edit or alter your photos.
