Hey friends, and Happy Thursday! Goodness has the blog been packed with some fun stuff this week, huh?! Today we are so excited to get to share something extra special with you guys, and that is this precious maternity session for our new friends Jenna and Cory! Yay! Jenna and I have been planning their Fransen Nature Area maternity session for quite some time now, and we knew Illinois well enough to know that if we planned for November, we had some strong chances of snow!
When I confirmed these two’s maternity session last week, Jenna even mentioned hoping that there could possibly be some flurries on their shoot date! I quickly agreed that that would be beautiful, and we hoped for the best… and it turned out that we had way more snow than either of us were expecting!!! 🙂 We ended up with quite the snowfall to shoot in, and we are just obsessed with how their photos turned out as a result… oh my goodness gracious! Plus, could you just love Jenna’s dress more?! Such a gorgeous color- especially as a beautiful “pop” of color on this snowy, cold day! Yay!
Jenna and Cory, thank you so much for braving the snow, wind, super cold temperatures, and icy roads to make your Fransen Nature Area maternity photos happen with me! It truly was my honor to get to photograph this beautiful season of your life together, and I cannot wait to meet your little one here in just a few months! I already know you guys are going to be such great parents, and I cannot wait to see you guys as parents the next time I get to photograph you two!
