Happy Tuesday, y’all! We are so so excited to be sharing Saturday’s wedding on the blog today with you all! If you live in Illinois, you know what we know about Saturday: it was HOT. We’re talking heat indexes in the 110-115 degree range, friends! However, that didn’t impact Sarah and Josh’s incredible JOY on their wedding day one bit… and I love that that is so evident in these photos. We started our day at the darling Warehouse 109 for Sarah and Josh’s adorable first look (scroll down to see it!) and their sweet, intimate ceremony, and then we all headed to The Morton Arboretum for some gorgeous portrait time before heading BACK to Warehouse 109 for their reception! One of the things that we loved most about Sarah and Josh’s wedding day was how much they infused the things they love into their celebration. They had two incredible (and delicious) food trucks cater their reception, members of their family were in the awesome band that rocked their reception, and so much more. This day was long awaited and it came together so beautifully.
Sarah and Josh, we agree with what EVERYONE was saying all day long on Saturday- you guys are the real deal! It was such an honor for us to get to be a part of your beautiful wedding day, and we hope that your day was everything you ever dreamed it would be! Thank you to you and your amazing family and bridal party for braving the heat with us all day long on Saturday, and most of all, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with your wedding day.
