Alright you guys… are you ready for the blog to be totally packed full of gorgeousness this week?! Because it is TOTALLY going to be! 😉 We are officially back from our time in Alabama, and we’re so excited to share an overload of cute people on the blog this week!
Before we headed down to Alabama this past week, we chatted about what we wanted to accomplish while we were traveling, and Luke and I were both incredibly excited to set up some shoots while we were out of Illinois! Back in March, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Dallas, Texas for the Trio Workshop (you can view a few blog posts from that trip here and here!), and on that trip I realized how much my creativity was refreshed after getting to shoot in a brand new area. I mean, corn fields and big trees are great and all, but we’ll take any chance we can get to shoot somewhere NEW! 😉
So, we immediately started working to set up a few sessions while we were in Alabama, and y’all… we are so grateful we did. We had so many incredible couples reach out to us about shoots while we were down south, and one of those couples is on the blog today!! Yay!
We met up with Natasha and Carlton on Wednesday of this past week, and these two were just the cutest ever. Natasha and I had a blast selecting their outfits, and she brought almost her entire closet of shoes so that we could hand pick the perfect pair on the night of their session… how cute is she?! (She’s totally a girl after my heart- ha!) These guys are getting married in the Bahamas this summer, so these engagement photos came at the perfect time for them!!
Natasha and Carlton, thank you guys so much for hanging out with us while we were in Alabama!! We had the most fun getting to know you and braving the humidity and mosquitos, and we hope that you guys did too! Congratulations on your engagement, and we wish you guys nothing but the BEST as you start your life together this summer! Enjoy this little preview of your photos!
