Hi friends! We are Caitlin & Luke- Springfield, IL Wedding Photographers based in Bloomington-Normal! And goodness, we are SO very excited to be sharing Lauren and Jon’s Washington Park Botanical Garden summer engagement photos with you all today!
Lauren and Jon have been a part of the Caitlin and Luke family for quite some time now, and they were SO patient during the midst of COVID- it required us to reschedule their original engagement session date and location, and they were so flexible and sweet about everything! We ended up with one heck of an amazing evening at Washington Park in Springfield, and we even were blessed with some of the best sunset light we’ve had so far all year! The best!! Seriously some of the best sunset engagement photos we have ever taken!!
Lauren did an amazing job planning and picking out their outfits with me for their special photos, and we had so much fun realizing that we all had SO many mutual friends and people that we know! Bloomington-Normal is seriously such a small world, and we’re forever grateful that we got to connect with Lauren and Jon because of that fact! 🙂
We cannot wait for Lauren and Jon’s beautiful wedding day later on this year, and if the other evening was any indication, their wedding day is going to be one heck of a sweet time! These two are something so special, and we cannot wait to celebrate with them. What an honor to be their photographers!
