Not only did Saturday include the sweetest engagement session EVER with Kayla + Phil… but it also included a gorgeous anniversary session for Megan and Bret! This shoot was so special to me too because Megan and Bret are actually in a couples’ small group with Luke and I! We joined the most incredible small group this past early summer, and every single couple in that group has been an amazing blessing to us. The first time Megan and Bret came to small group, I couldn’t stop thinking that Megan’s name sounded super familiar to me… and then I realized that she and I had been emailing for months about scheduling their anniversary session! We had a good laugh when we realized we knew each other… from email!!
As we’ve gotten to know Megan and Bret even more, I’ve gotten increasingly more excited for their anniversary session. These two are the real deal… totally down to earth, immensely kind, and so hilarious. We had the best time on Saturday night during their anniversary session! The way these guys interact with each other is THE cutest… I think you’ll agree that they have so much fun together! I’m adoring all of these early fall sessions… and it’s a good thing, because our calendar is SO full of them! We’re so pumped!
Megan and Bret, Luke and I are SO thrilled that y’all are in our small group and that we’ve had the chance to get to know you over the past few months! I had so much fun getting to photograph you two… little did I know when we first started planning this session that it would be for you guys! ???? And I’m so glad that it was. I hope you love each and every image and that they allow you guys to celebrate your anniversary!
