Happy Friday, friends! We are Caitlin & Luke- Bloomington, IL Wedding Photographers, and we are SO excited to be sharing this darling engagement session with you all right here on the blog today! We photographed this sweet engagement session at Comlara Park right here in Bloomington Normal, and we could not have loved our time with Megan and Michael more! These two are SO filled with joy and were complete and total naturals in front of the camera!
We had been counting down the days until we finally got to meet these two for their engagement session for several months now, and our time together did not disappoint! What a joy it was to get to spend time with these two and celebrate their engagement. Plus, I kept telling Megan and Michael how much we were LOVING the light at their session… there is just something so special about September light, truly! 🙂
Megan and Michael are actually high school sweethearts, and Michael even proposed at the same museum in Chicago where these guys had one of their favorite first dates… except this time, they were surrounded by their best friends, who were there to celebrate their engagement with them! Afterwards, they got to celebrate at their favorite restaurant in Chicago! The best! We’d say that Michael did a pretty great job planning the most special day for Megan, wouldn’t you? 🙂
Megan and Michael, we could not be more obsessed with you two and your engagement session! We are so grateful and honored to be your photographers, and spending time with you guys for your engagement session made us even more excited than we already were for your wedding day in 2021! We are so excited to see you guys again then!
