Ohh friends, what a day this was! If you recognize these two cuties, it’s probably because you JUST met them last week when we shared their engagement session on the blog! Jessica and Taylor live out of state, so we just barely had the chance to meet these two recently… but when we did, we seriously hit it off SO well! Jessica and Taylor are truly the kind of people who you meet and instantly feel like you are best friends with. We knew that the moment we started talking with them at their engagement session so recently, and that was also totally evident over the course of their wedding day on Sunday! Plus, these two are SO loved by SO many people… and that was also totally evident all day long on Sunday. The amount of people brushing away tears during their beautiful outdoor ceremony at Black Hawk State Park was so touching, and the excitement was just palpable in the air during their reception at the gorgeous Watchtower Lodge! This was seriously a day for the books, and getting to capture it was such an honor for us.
Jessica and Taylor, thank you so much for inviting us along in this wedding journey of yours!! Getting to know you two and celebrate you two over the past several months has been nothing short of incredible. You guys emulate love and joy wherever you go and in all your communication, and we are so thankful that you chose us as your wedding photographers! We hope you two stay in touch, because we’re now going to seriously miss hanging out… let’s be honest. 🙂 BUT, we’re already excited for that anniversary session at the hot air balloon festival next fall. 😉
