Hey friends and happy Tuesday! We’re incredibly excited to be blogging our very first wedding of 2019 with you all today! How on EARTH is it already the end of April?! It feels like we just stared our off season, and here we are, with our first wedding of the year under our belts. So, so crazy!
Allison and Ben were married on Saturday in Naperville, and their day was absolutely precious! I always chat on the phone with our sweet brides two days before their wedding, and when Allison and I chatted on Thursday of next week, Allison told me that all she cared about on her wedding day was marrying Ben. She said that as long as she got to marry him, anything else could happen all day long, and it would be totally okay with her. 🙂
We could not love that perspective more, and that attitude is one of the things that distinguishes our sweet Caitlin & Luke Brides!!! These sweet girls have their priorities in line, let me tell you what! 😉 We love that Allison’s sweet perspective that I just shared was carried throughout every single moment of their big day on Saturday- and despite some crazy rain we had to deal with, these two NEVER lost their joy even for a moment.
Allison and Ben, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us to document day one of your forever!! It has been an incredible honor for us to be your photographers, and we’re so very happy for you two as you start off life together as husband and wife! All the best from Luke and I!
