Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Caitlin and Luke Photography blog! We have yet another lovely maternity session to share with you all today, and we are so excited about it! But first, we’d love to introduce ourselves to those of you who may be new to the Caitlin and Luke blog, so let’s do that! Hi- we are Caitlin and Luke, and we are Bloomington Illinois Maternity Photographers! We have had the total joy of getting to work with Kristen and Taylor as their photographers for several years now, and it has been such a joy to come alongside these two and document so many special seasons of their life together. These two are expecting their baby girl, and I couldn’t be happier for them!
We photographed Kristen and Taylor’s wedding several years ago, so we were so honored when they came back to us to have us do their maternity session as well. What a gift to get to celebrate so many seasons with our couples! One fun fact about this session is that we photographed this maternity shoot at the same park where Taylor proposed to Kristen, as well as the same park where we did some of Kristen and Taylor’s wedding portraits! The best! I always love getting to do photos at locations that have deep meaning to our couples. We dodged some random rainstorms for this session, but we ended up with some amazing light at the end, which I was thrilled about! I’ll be seeing these two again in a few months for their baby girl’s newborn session, as well, and I’m already counting down the days!
Kristen and Taylor, it’s been such a joy to continue photographing you guys over the years! Thank you so much for choosing us as your photographers. We can’t wait to see you guys take on this new role as parents- you are going to be so wonderful at it, and baby girl is so lucky to have you! So much love to you both!
