The fact that our fall engagement sessions are finally starting to slow down makes me SO sad, you guys… I mean, we could seriously photograph couples like Erika and Marty ALL year long and be so happy! I’m obsessing a little bit over every aspect of our shoot with these two cuties, and I think you can see why!
The very first time we met up with Erika and Marty, we just KNEW what a perfect fit these two were for the C&L brand! They value their photos so much, they are planning the most gorgeous and meaningful wedding, and they are so head over heels for each other. It truly does not get much better than that!
And then, a few weeks back, Erika emailed us and said she’d had the idea to start their engagement session at a coffee shop, and I died a little inside ???? I was so excited, because I had JUST been saying to Luke that I wanted to try that at some point! We Googled and Googled and found the most perfect coffee shop in downtown Ottawa. Y’all… if you have not been to Jeremiah Joe Coffee Shop in Ottawa, you are missing out! We’re officially obsessed and plan on coming back super soon! Jeremiah Joe was the perfect spot to start our time with these two! Afterwards, we explored downtown Ottawa and eventually drove a few minutes to our final location, Buffalo Rock State Park. The leaves are beyond stunning this time of the year, and we wandered around fields, stopped to admire the gorgeous trees and climbed onto the bluffs for some photos. Erika and Marty, y’all are literally the greatest. We’re grateful for clients as kind and sweet as you guys are and we’re SO excited for you to see the rest of your photos super soon! Your wedding will be here before we know it, and we already cannot wait! Enjoy, you guys!
