Lauren and David… you guys, I don’t even know where to START with these two!! As soon as we sat down with Lauren at Starbucks for the first time a few months ago, I got so excited for their engagement session. We just clicked right away, and the vision Lauren had for their engagement session was perfection! After a few months of planning the little details and tossing around several location ideas, their engagement session date finally arrived on Sunday, and we were SO ready for this session with them!
I absolutely love how Lauren planned every detail of their engagement session with us… our brides put so much thought into details, whether they are for their wedding or their engagement session. It makes such a difference! She and I selected a location that perfectly fit their style as a couple, which is SO huge when it comes to crafting a perfect engagement session. Locations seriously set the tone for your shoot, and I adore the classy feel of Lauren and David’s session at Ewing Manor! We could have stayed here for hours!! Lauren also picked two killer outfits… I still am just LOVING all the plaid and fall looks our brides are coming up with… they do such an incredible job! And of course, Lauren and David decided to bring their yellow lab Grace, which made me so happy. Not only did they bring her along for a few photos, but Lauren even ordered the most adorable floral color for her from Etsy! I mean, it does NOT get much better than that!
We had such a fun time with these two on Sunday night… this was our last engagement shoot of the five we had scheduled for last week, and it’s totally safe to say that this was the perfect grand finale! I couldn’t have picked a better couple to finish off our busy week of engagement sessions. These two just fit each other so well and it’s precious to watch, and even more fun to photograph!
Lauren and David, you guys are THE cutest. Luke and I loved getting to know you two better during your engagement session, and we’re already so excited for your July wedding! I love the way your photos just feel like you, and we hope you absolutely love them all. Enjoy being engaged and all the FUN that brings, and soak up these last months until you guys say “I do!” We are SO happy we get to be your photographers… it’s such an honor!! ????
