Happy Wednesday and welcome to the Caitlin and Luke Blog, friends! Wow, are we SO excited to share this dreamy wedding day with you all today- just wait until you see this one!! But first, if you are new around here, let us introduce ourselves! We are Caitlin & Luke- Wheaton, IL wedding photographers, and we absolutely loved getting to work with Megan and Michael for their Cantigny Park wedding day! You probably remember Megan and Michael from their gorgeous engagement session last fall- almost exactly a year ago! We had such an amazing time with these two then that we instantly started counting down to their wedding day this fall. From the very beginning, Megan and Michael have been SO invested in their wedding experience with us, and we have absolutely adored having these two as clients!
Megan and Michael had the most beautiful outdoor ceremony in the Rose Garden at Cantigny Park, and they celebrated with all their closest friends and family at their Cantigny Park reception later that evening! We were blessed with some absolutely incredible weather, the most amazing sunshine, and the most perfect sunset for some glowy sunset portraits. Megan and Michael’s portraits are some of our favorite portraits we’ve taken so far throughout this entire wedding season, hands down- especially those sunset photos at the end of the night! Oh my goodness!! We even incorporated a flower petal toss during bridal party photos, finished the night with a sparkler exit and ice cream delivery from Oberweis! Talk about a perfect wedding day, right?
Megan and Michael, we have adored having you two as clients and could not be more thankful to have been a part of your special day! We have loved how much you guys cared about your wedding experience from day one, and we know that all the time, effort and heart you poured into your wedding day was so worth it! We hope you adore this little peek into your best day ever! So much love from Luke and I- and congrats again, you two!!! Yay!
